The doctors here are amazing. However, the front desk girl Chrissy is nasty. She doesn't care about the patients and will treat you like crap! She gets super smart over the phone and acts like your bothering her! Don't actually need anything from her because you will be put off as long as possible. Everyone else has always been amazing

A clinician generally should explore a patient's experiences, symptoms, and reasons for distress before making broad judgments about whether their emotional response is "premature." Good clinical practice typically involves listening, gathering context, and understanding the patient's perspective before reaching conclusions. Dr. Mira is truly one of the most caring and attentive primary care doctors I have ever met. She takes her time, listens carefully, and genuinely makes her patients feel heard and cared for.
