I confided in her about something that was not life threatening - not even remotely so. She proceeded to call my parents about it and divulge my private information, causing my elderly parents unnecessary distress and fracturing our relationship. I'm 34 years old and I don't even live in the same state as my parents. I will never again feel comfortable confiding in a therapist. Very unprofessional I never felt like I was a priority in therapy. She was too busy doing other things. Never had her undivided attention.
Awful experiences
After three sessions of bringing up trauma she dropped me lick a sack of bricks. Because I questioned her inconsistent billing methods and scheduling errors. She didn't show to my telehealth appointment then proceeded to have a very combative argument to try and make me feel like it was my fault. She was very concerned about getting her co-pay days in advance to an appointment she didn't even show for. My husband contacted Tali about getting help with his BPD, after being abandoned by other therapists due to his complex diagnoses. During the first and only phone call, he attempted to explain his issues and the concerns that he had. He was immediately invalidated about his experience and diagnosis of BPD, told that if they were to work together she needed to feel "safe" yet was very combative while talking to him, and when he passed me the phone to help him through the conversation without getting too upset she was very rud... read more
