If I could give ZERO stars I would. I received a phone call from the front office regarding a referral. Omg, what a rude unprofessional and terrible person on the line. She would not give her name. Didn't explain anything and would not help me. She only said we don't take this insurance any longer and hung up on me!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. I would not trust anything coming from this office ever. I can see why they have such poor reviews.
My daughter has been through a lot of doctors over the passed eleven years, who just simply skimmed the surface of her issues, but none ever dug deep enough to actually help her personal issues. Until now! This doctor took time to sit with her and ask about her specific concerns, which was greatly appreciated! If you value your time, don't come here. Every appointment for my mother means waiting a minimum of over an hour past her appointment time. He has no consideration for people's time. We're going on a hour and a half right now...I personally would walk out.
