Not impressed with Dr Zhao. Terrible communication skills. This eye specialist probably knows his stuff, but explained very little. Not friendly or personable. Shouldn’t work in a patient setting. As a concerned patient, I felt rushed and dismissed. Not a good feeling and not a good way to instill trust or confidence.
