PLEASE I AM URGING YOU NOT TO COME TO THIS CLINIC. They actually had a physician's assistant read me my lab results over the phone and I mentioned a medication and she did not even know what it was and she asked me how to spell it. To have a physician's assistant read your blood work over the phone and then tell you that it's on a website and it is not on the website instead of having a medical doctor explain it to you is highly dangerous and concerning. Terrible experience with unprofessional clinical staff. They couldn't do my son's blood work and referred us to LabCorp after trying 2-3 times and causing distress. Front desk staff are rude and unresponsive to emails. When I asked to speak to the doctor, they said "go ahead and complain". Worst experience
Save yourself your time and happiness and do not come to this practice or support this doctor. Not only does the receptionist have a terrible attitude every time, but you will also be waiting hours after you come in early for your appointment time. I had an appointment at 12PM, arrived and checked in for 11:50AM, and was waiting until 2PM to see the doctor. This isn’t a one time experience, this happens every time. Find a doctor elsewhere who knows how to run a business.
Do yourself the favor and find a doctor and receptionist staff that can do there jobs correctly. If your health is your priority this is not the place for you. The receptionist laugh over the phone about your health and it’s very unprofessional
