I appreciate the fact that they take Walk-In's and appointments. I needed in that day and I was able to walk in. Got Adjusted and went right back to work feeling so much better. I plan on seeing this doctor from now on for my adjustments.

5 star in and out. They provided me with all the paperwork that DOT requires. No complaints.
Very unprofessional people. I had a DOT PHYSICAL done in April 2024. I called today on 11/07/2024 to ask for a copy of my long form. They wanted $89 for a copy of it and when I stated it was law that they are required to send it to me they stated they are not required to provide it and stated they would only do it for that price. I have already paid once for it. Would highly NOT RECOMMEND this practice for any needs
