Great dr thao, but receptionist is 🥵
The receptionist is the most horrible person I have ever have to dealt with, no professional manner, no empathy or sympathy. Extremely rude, disrespectful and racist!. Talking to her makes me extremely stressed and uncomfortable as a patient!!!! I am so upset about her attitude and behaviour. I am not sure why receptionists like her exsist she needs to be thoroughly investigated!
The receptionist is SO RUDE . Don't know why she still working in there with that attitude. But Dr Thao is a NICE Dr.
There’s no point booking an appointment because we always have to wait at least an hour past our schedule and sometimes even 2 hours. And one time the receptionist said she would let us in next if we pay $50 cash (she called it an “urgent fee”). This probably explains why many others gets the priority to see the doctor first. Ever since then, my family and some close friends had chosen a different GP. However, Dr Thao is actually very good and experienced with kids though.
