Taking over 1hr to get through to someone, tried numerous options to get through, either get hung up on or just left on hold. Apparently it now takes them 4 days to process an emergency prescription request. A prescription requested for my elderly grandma yesterday for oral thrush which is limiting her ability to eat is on the list for Fridays doctor to process, because the doctors are only putting through 15 prescription requests a day, and they are only just finishing processing Mondays requests.
