We are thrilled with the results that Dr. Chen was able to achieve on our child's ear with Ear Wells. The scheduling team was able to get us in quickly, the visits were short and easy, and Dr. Chen listened to our goals and provided great feedback on what she thought we could achieve. I was referred to Dr Chen’s McLean office for pre-cancer skin removals. Everyone there was friendly and helpful, including the receptionist and the Dr’s assistant Mackenzie. Dr Chen was very communicative and knowledgeable, and put me at ease for the procedure. She gave me great post-procedure instructions, and repeated them to make sure I remembered! (which I very much appreciated). Great experience!

I was referred here by my dermatologist to have 4 spots removed that my dermatologist requested be done by her with stitches so I would not scar. When I arrived she told me she wanted to shave them off rather than what my dermatologist recommended. I should not have let her. She proceeded to do much more than a shave on four locations on my face. Didn’t swipe my face with antiseptic first which I thought was a bit odd and I got a full on infection in all 4 sites within hours and had to go on two antibiotics and steroids. Do ... read more
