The sessions with Dr t have been life changing to me. Dr T has been nothing short of amazing and life changing. Dr T takes the time to explain the process of therapy in detail and gives you an outline of what to expect on your self help journey. Dr T is always there to have a chat and answer any questions at short notice. He is a great listener and is very supportive and provides assistance in a helpful and non judgemental manner. I had been 'stuck' for several years and I just couldn't seem to move forward. Dr T helped me to release some old ideas and clear the path.
