The worst receptionist ever ever, if there's zero star, I'll choose it. The reception is NOT responsible at all and the way she talked to Patient so rude 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 she Don't care how long people are waiting and does not care if the customer is busy or not, she keeps saying let's wait 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 She talks without focusing on the customer's problems, she is selfish and only knows the benefits of her clinic, not the comfort of customers, she despises others.

The Doctor is a very kind and sweet lady. The wait time is quite long but it's worth the wait because she gives good detailed consultations. She works on more days than she needs to because she genuinely cares about the health of her patients.
Dr only cares about prescribing meds! Doesn't even care about patients, even if infection is present. I'm so thankful I took my mum to hospital because she was close to septic shock if she left it any longer. Shame on this practice!
