It's pretty ridiculous. I have waited for total of 1h30min and they are were unable to tell me if the doctor will actually show up. They had my number and knew there will be a problem so should have informed me ahead of time. This is a horrible waste of my time. Accidents happen, but you have to do damage control and cut losses quickly, not lie to your customer. If you need your visa exam done I'd suggest doing it somewhere else. Stay away from here, it's not professional.
The staff and doctors are very professional... They listen to your concerns and give great advice. My first stop every Sunday morning.
Dr. Syverian is one of the best doctors that I've known. He's knowledgeable, trustworthy, honest and very caring. I recommend him to everyone!
So, being at a "certain" age, it takes longer to get some of those extra pounds off. 6 months later down 15lbs and getting closer to "goal". Key is to be patient, diciplined and stay with it. The group at both his offices is great about keeping you going if you need the "nudge".
