Je trouve bien désolant que cette médecin fasse autant de publicité à la télé et dans ses livres et que l’on ne puisse même pas avoir un rendez-vous. C’est terrible.

The staff made me feel discriminated against because I don’t speak French, they waved me to the side with their hands and didn’t even acknowledge me or give me any idea as to if I was going be seen. When I tried to ask a question the staff, they would just nod and then pick up the phone, although they talked to one another while both staring directly at me.
