My mother drove out of the way to Bethesda for an appointment she couldn’t been seen for because the incompetence of the staff at the office. They did not enter her information/referral into the health portal. She is too nice to complain but I’m not. The Dr allows the staff to do whatever they want. Most are rude and they do NOT take their jobs seriously. Dr. O is a pushover when it comes to them. That’s why I stopped going to this office. She should be reimbursed for her travel due to your negligence.
DR O and his staff are the best! Donetta is always on point!!
