Dr Silberstein is a good doctor but his staff is awful. Specifically Ron at the front desk. Not only is he inadequate at his job, he is extremely rude and dismissive. It's a shame Ron went with the doctor when he moved offices. Ron doesn't return phone calls or even handwritten notes left in person. Leaving a message is pointless. It's actually crazy someone like him works in healthcare.
Unprofessional and major safety concern! The medical assistant Joanna did not wash or sanitize her hands before performing a venous blood draw on my dad. When I asked her to do so, she replied, "I don't need to, I am wearing gloves. According to CDC clinical safety guidelines, gloves are never a substitute for hand hygiene. Hands must be cleaned before putting gloves on. Her attitude was rude and unprofessional.
