Dr. Masood and Tammy have been wonderful to work with. I’ve been driving the 120 miles from the Cottonwood/Sedona area since 2016 after I had a kidney removed.
I never see the Dr. Just his physician assistant and she made me feel completely unheard. If you enjoy a condescending PA, then this is the place for you. The front office staff was nice and timely, but the entire office could use a major cleaning. I told her I feel like I have gout symptoms. Nope, won’t even order a simple test to confirm/deny. I also still have a UTI but she sent me away with no antibiotics or help, just major pain. Terrible experience! Talk about making the patient suffer unnecessarily.
