Was referred to the Dr. Hassan’s Stockbridge office by my endocrinologist. When I arrived for my appointment the waiting room had at least 20 patients waiting to see the doctor. I went to the window to check in. The receptionist was not professional and told me they did not accept my Secondary insurance. I asked her how much I would have to pay out-of-pocket for this visit. I love Dr.Hasan! He is wonderful very caring and very thoughtful but I'm leave 3 stars because the office staff has no compass, no care and very rude. If he had better staff his office would be the best Dr I've ever been to but the rudeness just isn't what somebody going through neurological issues need. So overall Dr.Hasan 10Stars office staff at the front -5.
