This drs office doesnt meet even a 1 star. Staff are rude and lie to you. When it comes to refilling medications that are just a matter of replying to pharmacy faxes they never do. No matter what kind of medication they will always want you to go in just so you can see a nurse practicioner thats different each month. The wait time dont even get me started. It is a shame that the staff is so pathetic. Rudest and most unprofessional staff I have ever dealt with. Doctor Yousoff is a very good doctor but the wait time to see him is ridiculous!!! I have been with him since 1999 and have followed him many places. This Montwood place is the worst by far. My appointment was at 1:30pm and I got into a room at 4:00pm.
