I would not recommend this doctor staff rude
It is a shame that the staff is so pathetic. Rudest and most unprofessional staff I have ever dealt with. Doctor Yousoff is a very good doctor but the wait time to see him is ridiculous!!! I have been with him since 1999 and have followed him many places. This Montwood place is the worst by far. My appointment was at 1:30pm and I got into a room at 4:00pm. Today 08november2023 my wife had to wait over two hours to have blood work. She was fasting, only after asking why the delay she was finally seen. Excuses about mishandled workorder. On June 4th 2024, I took my wife for her 1130am appointment. He showed up around 2.30pm she was finally seen around 4pm. FIVE HOURS, TRULY UNACCEPTABLE. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. OBVIOUSLY DR AND HIS STAFF AREN'T COMMUNICATING WITH EACH OTHER. ANOTHER THING IS THE FILTHY PUBLIC RESTROOMS. NO TOILET PAPER. NO TOWELS.
For the past month they have me running around in circles trying to get an appointment with the doctor. Today my apt was scheduled at 9:15 and the doctor is not even there. Staff is rude and want to have you going back and fourth from the urgent care to the pancena clinic. Completely disappointed. No one is on the same page.
I’ve with Dr Yusoof since 2010. I’ve been through all the building stages from west side to Yarbrough to trawood . Great dr knows all my history and takes time to talk to me bad part is the waiting time to be seen after they call you in the room I’ve waited up to an hr in the room just for a follow up
