Family members appointment was at 10 am. It is now past 11, and the doctor still is not here in office. While it is clearly understood that he has other patients at the hospital, an effort should be made to schedule appointments accordingly rather than have a full waiting room and an absent physician. Many patients also have jobs and it is unjust to their time.
I give this doc 5 stars. I give his understaffed office (I hope their chaos is due to that) a rating of 3. Three cuz they have very kind atitudes but to get them to do med prior authorizations (Call insurance to get them to pay.) or if there is mistake or whatever that needs fixing, they struggle with the docs, they say because they dont reply(?) This drs office doesnt meet even a 1 star. Staff are rude and lie to you. When it comes to refilling medications that are just a matter of replying to pharmacy faxes they never do. No matter what kind of medication they will always want you to go in just so you can see a nurse practicioner thats different each month. The wait time dont even get me started. You are guaranteed to wait 5 hours even with a 9 am appointment. This place is horrrible. If you dont believe me try it. I dare you. Oh and restrooms are filthy. Worse tha... read more
