Dr. Shah and her parents have help me and my family so much. These are very good doctors! In fact, her dad help save my life❤️
The office manager is not efficient, lacks knowledge and patient responsibility. Does not review or responds to voicemail messages and prescription refills. Office manager needs to be retrained or replaced.
I requested to refill my prescription week ago and doctor still have not responded to the pharmacy. One week ago.... Really? Why? Is this a doctor's reaction??? I am patiant too....
