Had an appointment for an estimate today. Waited 4 hours and nobody showed up. Took a day off and they ruined it. No phone call, no excuses whatsoever. Ending up going with another company. Won’t call them again.
Beware, please do not go with this company!!!! They will take your money and not finish the job!! Leaving a humongous mess behind and job left unfinished. Randy worked on this job and was very unprofessional. John, the owner stood me up twice. BILL the supervisor Came out and gave me a bunch of bull**** that came out of his mouth and never got back with me to finish the he job, he left me ghosted. Amazing service at a reasonable price, from professionals that take you and all your chimney needs seriously and treat you like family! Best chimney sweep biz there is. I will never go with anyone else. If your chimney needs some TLC, Dr. Sweep will take good care of it and you too!

Jason F. did a terrific job assessing the condition of our fireplaces/chimneys and cleaning them! He is extremely knowledgeable, hardworking, and trustworthy. Jason explains everything each step of the way and answered all of our questions. The camera technology that Dr. Sweep uses is awesome and it allows you to really see the condition of your chimney. He was wonderful to work with and we look forward to having him back on an annual basis to take care of our fireplaces/chimneys.
