I called these guys out to price a new reverse air chimney cap. After a conversation about how I was using my fireplace, we came to the conclusion that I probably didn't need a new cap. I appreciate the owners honesty. He could have sold me a $1000 item i didn't need. But instead he helped me solve my issue for free. To me, that spells integrity, and I appreciate that.

Very professional work Rick did a great job and was quick and did a fantastic job.i highly recommend them. He also knew the chimney vent from the Hot water tank was leaking carbon monoxide and turned off the water tank. He probably saved my life. They are the best.
Had an appointment for an estimate today. Waited 4 hours and nobody showed up. Took a day off and they ruined it. No phone call, no excuses whatsoever. Ending up going with another company. Won’t call them again.
Beware, please do not go with this company!!!! They will take your money and not finish the job!! Leaving a humongous mess behind and job left unfinished. Randy worked on this job and was very unprofessional. John, the owner stood me up twice.
