These have got to be the rudest receptionists around. They say you can get in just for an injection, but when you get there, they say you need to wait and get xrays, etc., after you told them over the phone that you had limited time. My friend went for his appointment and they failed to tell him that he HAD to have his copay or be sent away. Which he was. I waited 4 hrs. one time just for an injection. They need to improve in so many ways. Terrible experience.
1st appointment canceled 30 minutes after arrival. 2nd appointment waited 40 minutes to be called in but was only for tray. Poor organization and time management , this place should be operating like a well oiled clock. Im just glad I am not a paytron. I'm just the driver waiting for friend to be seen and it's 11:30 already.
I wanted to see dr. Davis dr. instead I seen is PA Jermey Palmer. I have bilateral osteoarthritis. Pool therapy was suggested Which cause my knees weaker. Went back after pool therapy sessions was put on melocome which did not work. Their was nothing else except for me to.pay for rooster shots doing pool therapy and cordizone shots or a 50/50 surgery to clean put little arthritis and no other medications to try for the pain because their number one is meloxcam. Excellent place. Listen to you and they take the time to check you out and see what going on.
Absolutely horrible place. They will check you in, take X-rays, and take you back to a room and then tell you that you need a referral to be seen and the Dr won’t be seeing you. When you offer to do self pay they still say no because you have Medicaid. Multiple staff checked to see if you had a referral and when they saw you didn’t. They still said it was fine and let you get all the way through the process.
