Dr. Chenna was my primary care doc for over 5 years. My insurance will not alllow me to see her anymore, but I thought I would let everone know what a kind and smart physician she is. She has always been the type of physician who would spend all the tme she needed with me. When she suggested a Heart Stress Test, I did so. The cardiologist said everything look better than normal. After working with physicians for many years, I recognize her ability to diagnose and her personal empathy for her patients. I also see in her a desire to treat correctly and efficiently.
Established care for my 84 year old mother and it was a great experience. Very thorough and took the time to review her chart. Bedside manner was warm and friendly. Did not feel rushed at all and made sure we had a plan and no further questions/concerns before we left. Highly recommend.
She is a good listener, professional yet warm. Answered any questions I had. Very nice bedside manner
Very good communicator, helpful with all prescriptions including insurance issues, confident and complete responses to questions, not rushed. Look forward to her care for many years.
I was very impressed with her. She was very nice and had and caring and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable and knew that I was in very competent hands.
Terrible experience.
Made appt.with Dr.Chenna over a mo.in advance for my 84yr.old mother.Appt. was at 2:40and planned to come 20min.early to register as a new patient.Tried to key exact location on their car GPS. GPS wouldn't recognize address.Called office # over 6times &tried every option to get thru for directions.Every time either got someone that could not give directions, a msg.to leave a call back #, etc.Left house @ 1:15, finally arrived at 3:08.They wouldn't take her. Had to take her back home.She cried.
Great environment and friendly staff. Difficult to obtain prescriptions when needed/sick. Did not feel adequate care given each time I left.
