First OB appointment and she is NOT the one you want to see. Will NOT BE SEEING her again. Very UNwelcoming . Not caring. IT WAS MORE HER OPINION than asking us. Didn’t show much interest in me or the baby. Coming from a foreigner family I can confirm that she ONLY hears and answers that she thinks it’s right !! !!!! SKIP HER !!!!
Made her personal beliefs and opinions very well known when asking about options in early pregnancy. She told me that plan C is illegal in Ohio( it absolutely is not) and then told me that if I used preterm services they would not verify location of embryo before rendering services and they will just allow an ectopic pregnancy to rupture. Told me she just rushed a patient to the ER for same circumstances. I will highly recommend Dr. Swapna Kollikonda. I feel connected and comfortable while taking treatment from her. She clearly provided options, explain everything in detail and took good care of me.
She was incredibly rude to me when I couldn’t answer her phone call while I was working. She had my test results but didn’t put them into MyChart for at least 24 hours. She couldn’t explain any next steps in my care plan but wanted me to make a decision based on 0 information. She never followed up after a colposcopy to see how I was doing, which resulted in a kidney infection. Her breast exams feel more like mammograms. She opens the speculum farther than she needs to.
