Optum of Nutley is closing this office in December, plus other offices in Northern New Jersey.
The wait time is ridiculous. This was a physical the appointment was made months in advance and still had to wait in the waiting room for an hr. Finally got transferred to a room and waited another 30mins for them to do vitals. Still waiting to see the doctor at 6 from a 4 o’clock app. Ridiculous
I've been coming here since my child was born and he is 5 now. While his doctor passed away, I was able to choose another amazing doctor. Both of my insurances are accepted here!
We’ve had such a great experience at this pediatric office! The entire team is friendly, caring, and truly makes every visit comfortable for both kids and parents. Mercedes, the office manager, is absolutely amazing — she’s always welcoming, professional, and goes above and beyond to help with anything we need. The wait here is absolutely absurd. Should not be waiting over an hour in the room to see the doctor with a sick child!
