I had an unpleasant experience with dental treatment by Dr. Shtepa. A filling that was placed came off completely after a year and a half. It was likely done with some issues. By itself, it’s not a reason to lose trust in the dentist, these things can happen. However, I was surprised that when I asked for a discount to have the filling redone, I was refused. The clinic carefully considers all insurance plans and submits claims for reimbursement of expenses on behalf of patients, which is very convenient.
