Dr. Kogan is a very caring, very competent board certified physician. It's truly comforting to know I can always count on her when I need medical attention or advice. Her concierge practice is a HUGE step up from the medical care administered by the health care insurance companies. She actually takes her time with you, unlike the typical insurance compensated physicians who make you wait endlessly then rush through their visit to "process" the next patient.
