The wait times at this office are absolutely atrocious. I’ve never waited less than 2.5 hours to be seen (the worst wait time was nearly *4 hours* for a 10 minute max appointment with her), even for a simple follow up after blood work. I’m not even totally sure her front desk staff is truly making appointments for people and everyone is just being seen first come first serve. I arrived for my appointment at 10:00 AM and waited until 2 PM with still no clear answer or explanation. Extremely long waiting times seem to happen every visit, not just once. This is very frustrating and disrespectful of patients’ time. I do not recommend this office if you value punctuality or basic communication.
- The doctor is a nice person. She takes time to listen your issues and cares about that. - However, the appointment process is horrible. Waiting time is too long. - They also charge a high copay amount and could not explain the process in detail.
