Super friendly! Gentle and painless.
The friendliest, most wonderful dentist. Not only is Dr. Otterson wonderful and patient (especially with nervous children! >_>) the rest of the staff is always kind and eager to help. They explain everything well and thoroughly. We live in Parksville now but still drive to Ladysmith because they are THAT good. No one seems to like dentists but my kids and I love them (even after fillings) so that’s more then telling.
had the pleasure of my first visit with 2 crowns. the experience was one of the best i've had. she is so professional as to explaining every aspect of what was going on to asking if i was ok. had no pain what so ever and i was so at ease. one of the best dentists i have ever been to.
The staff are generally friendly, and their new facility is nice, but frankly I’m not impressed with Dr. Otterson’s level of professionalism. I’ve been experiencing bouts of excruciating pain and sensitivity on a daily basis since the first procedure she performed on me—a filling. Sure, given the circumstances, it is possible that any other dentist might have produced the same result, but when I brought it to her attention, she showed no responsibility for the fact that it was her handy work that triggered the pain and sensi... read more
