Dr. Martens and the nursing staff on duty the early morning I came into the ER were very professional and helpful. Once Dr. Martens examined me, she ordered a CT scan to be sure of her initial diagnosis. After that scan performed, Dr. Martens followed up with me and explained what was wrong and what my ongoing treatment would be.
Would never recommend! Very poor treatment. I was informed to go to orthopedic doctor for 2 vertebrae fractures. I ended up having 4 compressed vertebrae, a fractured sternum, a broken leg, torn rotator cuff and bicep muscle. A year later I am still dealing with problems. I am sure there was more damage to my body. 2 X-rays are not enough to diagnose all the problems I had. Wouldn't recommend ever going to her. Never even had any clothes removed, not shoes either. Made me sick to pay her bill!
