Terrible first and last experience. We waited over two hours to be seen. When we finally did, the doctor rushed through the appointment, gave no time to answer questions, and showed zero concern for our situation. She completely overlooked the root cause of the problem and immediately pushed for a series of unnecessary tests. This was a nightmare experience from start to finish. Save yourself the trouble and look at the other reviews — they are 100% accurate.
I love Dr Hall. She takes time to ask if you have any concerns & addresses issues that you may be facing with your particular age that you may have not even thought of. Friendly staff.
My main complaint about Dr Hall is that she did not want to answer all my questions. She would say she'd come back, but she didn't. One time, she told me she could only answer 1 more question. I hope she doesn't do that with everyone. I was stressed and needed to have questions answered. I was disappointed and a bit hurt. And importantly the procedure she her recommended was not the best for me. I see another doctor, and it turns out i don’t need any procedure so far
I came in for an annual exam that is supposed to be covered by my insurance. She did an additional test on my but never discussed with me about ordering the test which incurred an additional cost. On top of that, she never shared the results with me. I will not see her again.
