Dr. Atkinson was very professional and thorough, yet also very warm and caring. As family of the patient, she kept us well-informed their the process. She asked both the patient and us our opinions about an on-going care plan, which we ask appreciated. This is our first experience at UPMC St. Margaret, and we were all quite pleased with the level of care the patient received from the registration desk on. Very kind and caring staff overall.
