Dont go there. they always find a way to make $. They dont know how insurance works and keep asking me to do services insurance dont cover. When I told them, they said they will take care of it. Now they send me big bill to collect from a year ago.
Uncomfortable
As someone who has anxiety going to the dentist, I was upset when my former dental practice no longer took my insurance. I was recommended to Dr Wen at A 1 dental. I was very happy to meet her and discuss all of my serious medical issues. She was very thorough and went over my records. She did an exam and cleaned my teeth with no issues. Typically, I wouldn't say I like leaving bad reviews. However, I felt the need for this dental office. I had an appointment with them today, which was confirmed several times. I got a call in the morning that I needed to reschedule my appointment because the dentist requested that I come earlier, which I cannot because I work normal business hours like most people. They have called to reschedule our 6 month appointment 3 times and today when my fiance left for his rescheduled appointment, they called him while he was pulling out of the driveway to cancel. This was 15 minutes before the appointment that they rescheduled 3 times!
