Uncomfortable
As someone who has anxiety going to the dentist, I was upset when my former dental practice no longer took my insurance. I was recommended to Dr Wen at A 1 dental. I was very happy to meet her and discuss all of my serious medical issues. She was very thorough and went over my records. She did an exam and cleaned my teeth with no issues. Typically, I wouldn't say I like leaving bad reviews. However, I felt the need for this dental office. I had an appointment with them today, which was confirmed several times. I got a call in the morning that I needed to reschedule my appointment because the dentist requested that I come earlier, which I cannot because I work normal business hours like most people. They have called to reschedule our 6 month appointment 3 times and today when my fiance left for his rescheduled appointment, they called him while he was pulling out of the driveway to cancel. This was 15 minutes before the appointment that they rescheduled 3 times!
I find it hilarious the guy in automated call system says "thank you for calling...where patients are first". First, they're impossible to get in touch with. Worse yet, they outsource their front desk customer service to the Philippines and India – why? My appointment was scheduled months in advance for Dec. 27. Been trying to call the office to confirm all week only to be told that the office is now closed until Jan. 8? What a sham of a dental office. Won't be coming back here ever again.
