Dr has great excellent memory, remind you each conversation per visit do not matter if it is 4 years ago, or every 6 month she follows up on all details when evaluates you. Looks like she is watching you closer, she still remembers with details all the advice that she provide. It may me feel that she cares of customer more than business. Staff is excellent on all sections. Thanks Dr Dara and staff.
She was taking care of my mother. She is an excellent Dr. , the staff is excellent and friendly.
Dr. Dara and all of her associates have always taken time to explain everything and answer all my questions. The office staff are great too. Everyone is very friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful.
I came to Dr. Dara after four cardiologists has refused to do the venous reflux procedure I was suffering constantly with. I am a medicaid patient so I kept getting pushed aside by MANY less caring doctors who only cared about my insurance. I was suffering in severe pain, which was greatly affecting my sleep and every other aspect of my life due to the constant discomfort of the reflux. I went to this doctor by referral from my primary. Today was my 4th or 5th visit at 10 am. It was 11am before I was called back to sit & wait until she showed up with many patients before me. I've waited up to 4 hours to see her. She is consistently late. The office atmosphere is very noisy. Between the high ceiling, loud tv and patients viewing stuff on their cell phone without muting them first which is just rude, my blood pressure went up understandably high. GREAT DR. VERY THOROUGH AND CARING.I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER.ONE BIG REASON I HAVE NOT CHANGED MY HEALTH CARE PROVIDER IS BECAUSE OF HER AND HER HUSBAND...DR. RAMESH MY GASTRO. THEY COMPLIMENT EACH OTHER!! THEY BOTH GENUINELY CARE ABOUT YOU,THE PATIENT AND GETTING YOU BETTER.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. Her Nurse Practitioner is ruder than rude. Her staff is incompetent and does things in their own time (re: having records sent to a primary physician). She is evasive when direct questions are asked. Also, she does not contact you in a timely manner when hospital tests are performed and there are anomalies.
