I was assigned to this doctor after calling twice on hold for 30 min both times I was hung up on after the 3rd time she checked my eligibility told me I wasn't eligible I had just spoken to my insurance company who had said I was she hung up on me again very unprofessional I would recommend walking into the office

I've been calling since they opened and on the line for over 30 min listening to the music and still cant even get through to speak to someone to make an appt. Does anyone even work there???? I've called 4 times. So frustrated
