He is a good Doctor
I wish this was a professional office that I actually cared about the quality of services rendered to their patients. But it’s not. If I could give a zero I would. I’m just going to call my insurance company on Monday and ask to be reassigned to another GI provider. I called two days in a row. No one answered. I called the Downey office and they said call back. They are too busy to answer the phone. But everyone is not seeing patients. I’m sure there is an office staff. I’m just frustrated.
Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced. The people on the phone are so rude and inconsiderate. I would go somewhere else if you have the option. Even if the doctor is great, it really sucks having to deal with all the other stuff
This office has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. They faxed the incorrect order to Radiology and proceeded to drag their feet to correct it. Patients are in pain coming to their office for help, answers and resolution, but are unfortunately bombarded with unprofessionalism and blatant disregard.
