I have just started with Dr. Thach, who took over my care from my previous MDVIP physician who passed away unexpectedly. I find Dr. Thach extremely personable and knowledgeable. At her first glance of my meds, she immediately spotted one OTC allergy drug which she advised I should stop taking, as it could cause problems in later years. I never felt rushed during my initial sit-down with her and immediately felt comfortable discussing my medical history. The staff in the office is very pleasant, helpful, and efficient.

I recently had a medical situation while on vacation in Colorado. Dr. Thatch kept in constant contact with the hospital and my wife. She has been a great advocate for me during this tough time. BRett

I am very pleased with health care provided for both myself and more so for my brother, who is also a patient. He is in an assisted living facility and his medications are administered by the staff. I have called Dr. Thach on weekends about concerns about his health. She has always responded quickly. These were not emergent issues, but more for his comfort. The facility does not always have what he needs, and Dr. Thach has contacted pharmacies where I can pick up a medication to help ease his discomfort.

My appointments with Dr Thach highlight her caring and unrushed approach. She has listened to my concerns and facilitated getting the appropriate referral to a specialist. I feel very at ease going into an appointment and feel she is fully engaged in quality care and attentive listening with me. I have felt we talk over a medical concern and come to an agreed approach, not dictated, and not ignored. I am so thankful to have her as my physician. Thank you, Dr Thach. Cindy Marotte
