Beautiful office and fabulous doctor who is attentive and professional and caring and extremely knowledgeable and and and
Dr. Zand is our second ortho and we are very pleased with both the quality of work and the service. Dr. Zand and her staff are very thorough, answer all our questions, punctual, and of course friendly. Our 9 year old son is about a year into having braces and if his younger brother needs braces, he’ll be a patient too.
Unfortunately, Dr. Zand’s orthodontic practice fell short on professionalism, she and even her staff, notably her husband, lacked respect and accountability. Scheduling mishaps persisted, and my son's discomfort was overlooked. Considering these shortcomings, I suggest seeking orthodontic care elsewhere for a more reliable experience.
