Staff are rude and look down on you. Waited over an hour to see her. Gave a treatment that ruined my life for 4mths and she didnt once check with me after doing so.
Sue is an incredibly caring and and skilled surgeon & gyno. She completely reassured me about what the best course of action was for me, and I felt completely heard and cared for. After care support was also incredible, from Sue and her whole team. Highly recommend Sue! And thank you Sue!
It is 16 years this July since Dr Valmadre operated on my rare cancer that had spread to my ovaries and other areas of my abdomen. Her professionalism and skill saved me from recurrence. I can't put into words how grateful I am to have been recommended to Dr Sue Valmadre. I've seen her a few times over the past 18 months, and now my daughter sees her too. She is so kind, gentle, and softly spoken, with an incredibly calming presence that eases so much of the anxiety that often comes with medical appointments after experiencing trauma. I have been a long time patient of Dr Valmadre and always had a great experience with Dr. However, I recently had a very unpleasant experience with the receptionist in such uncaring manners and rude. I had an appointment booked and but had to reschedule due to work commitments. So when the next appointment came which almost 8 weeks after first appointment I forgot the date.
