Very unprofessional, if the patients matter any more. First appointment that I had waited three months for after getting two doctors to call her for me, she cancelled a week before. I showed up early/on time for the rescheduled appointment only to wait for an hour and a half and never saw Dr. Was also asked to undergo invasive procedure to test before I even spoke with the doctor. I did refuse in order to talk to her first about my problem. Will Not go back, this is the norm I know, just sad.
I apologize for my delayed praise and review for Dr. Tate and her team. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Tate both before and after the surgery. She is a leader in her field and knows exactly what she’s doing. She was very personable and identified my issue immediately. Her staff is equally excellent! I wish I hadn’t waited 11 years to seek her help and care. She fixed me, and my life is entirely different now. Thank you, Dr. Tate and staff!
Dr. Tate, Jan, and Cindy are PHENOMENAL!! Front desk however has major issues not returning calls or tries diagnosing issues over the phone with no degree to do so. I paid to see Dr. Tate not get bite back from her front desk receptionist who admits “Dr. Tate wears her out and makes her miserable”. She is very moody and hates her job or anyone who calls. I’m a current and a repeat pt. I’ve been seeing her for 3 months this time and 2 months before the covid shut down. Dr Tate is an amazing women!! She’s super easy to talk to about my “girl” issues and a few other new issues I’m having that are rare and not a lot of MDs have knowledge about.
