I want to share my terrible experience with this office when I needed an appointment for my 5 years old son, where we do not have a clear diagnosis what is going on with his brain. He has multiple conditions and on top we have cancer running all members of the family after age 40. I am annoyed and angry, when I am trying to make appointment and the person on phone is disrespectful and inconsiderate about my situation.
