I missed my appointment with my little boy a week ago, I've tried calling her clinic multiple times during the week, I was sent to voicemail every time. I texted the number that she left on her voicemail to reach her as she instructed, and she wont answer that either. Its easy to say I'm very disappointed in the healthcare here in deerlake. :( I cant even reschedule an appointment for my boy. But I dont think I want to see her anymore after this anyway. I've seen her twice with my son, and twice she has made us feel like we were wasting her time! She has poor doctor/patient etiquette and no patience. She had no time to listen to anyone and when you try to explain the situation, she becomes highly defensive. Her last words to us were " we are obviously getting nowhere, so I will send a letter to the school" and walks out the door!!! No good bye, do you have any questions or other concerns, NOTHING! We didn't know if we should leave or if she was coming back...it was terrible... read more
My son has been seeing her as his pediatrician for 3 years now. I love this clinic. Her staff are awesome and even when she has Med students they are great to talk to when seeking advice. Also, I've had my allergy testing done here
