I went to see Dr Rivera for 2 separate issues & was totally denied one of them & added an issue I did not come to see her for. Sorry but not happy with my care.
My most recent experience with Dr. Rivera's office was with her staff. I had an issue which required an ongoing communication with one of her nurses, Janae, in order to arrange lab testing. I was very impressed that I received prompt responses to several inquiries, much faster than I have experienced using patient portals with other practices. The office is well run, and the support staff is professional and compassionate. Well done!
If I could give Dr. Rivera 20 stars, I would. She is the absolute best doctor I have ever had. Very personable and professional - always wants to ensure you leave with no questions and you’re completely comfortable with everything. I got lucky with her as she was on the on-call doctor when I went into premature labor with my daughter several years ago which is when I first met her.
