If I could give no stars I would. She makes you wait over an hour after your appointment time to see you and does not give you enough medication and refuses to send a scrip to keep you going until your next appointment. Uses an outdated paper filing system so escript is out of the question. She doesn't turn up to the clinic on time and when she does turn up she chats with the receptionist before calling anyone in. Unprofessional behavior!
My experence with Susan has and still is a fabulous experience. She very profession in what she does. I have chronic Psoratic Arthritus and the pain had cause me unable to walk, but she has given me meds that control the pain to which i now can do things alot better than before. Nice person as well.
Saw her for years but changed specialists because of the stress I had to go through ringing and asking for my scipts to be spent. She had a paper filing system where things would easily get lost and a receptionist who was very under qualified. Her person to person care was very good though but I just couldn't deal with her forgetfulness anymore
Absolutely amazing Rheumatologist. Really, actually, cares that you are getting the right treatment and/or meds. Sue listens to you and treats you as a partner in your own health-care plan, rather than just barking orders at you like some specialists do. I like seeing her as it's always a nice experience and I know that I'm getting the best care possible.
