Dr. Adams has been my primary care doctor for more than 15 years. She is a great listener and spends plenty of time conferring with her patients. She considers overall health, including weight, wellness, stress, etc. The rest of the staff at Esse Health is friendly and efficient - including NPs and front desk staff.
