Unfortunately there's no zero star rating here. At the time we engaged Dr Podray, the choice of either invisline-type or traditional bonded retainers were contractually offered upon brace removal. We have a special needs child who struggled with braces for whom only bonded retainers will work. Dr Podray agreed. SerenityOrthodontics is an awesome group. Dr. Podray is a perfectionist and the staff is kind and caring. Financing and insurance was handled by John Podray, and he is excellent at his job. He took care of the insurance . I never minded going to any of my visits, they took good care of me. This group exceeded my expectations, I highly recommend them.
