When my son was a teenager he had braces for a couple of years that were put on by Dr Susan Parks. This was a smooth process and everything went as planned. The staff was professional and if I had another child that needed braces, I would bring them back. He is now 25 yrs old and his teeth are still benefiting from her work.The cost of the braces was affordable and the results were worth every penny!

The doctor was nice but the nursing staff is rude and disrespectful. They talk about you behind your back but loud enough you can hear them. They complain about their patients and it is just an uncomfortable experience. I’ve never experienced nurses/assistants with such attitudes like I do here. Goodness!

I called to make an appointment for a consultation today for my daughter. The receptionist was terribly rude and impatient. She told me that I needed to fill out an online form but it wasn't an option on the website on my computer. Instead of being helpful finding the link she talked down to me and told me I was on the wrong website. If it is this difficult to make a first appointment I can only imagine how difficult it must be while in treatment.
