Another great appointment experience from arrival to departure thanks to the friendly/efficient staff. The assistant Janell was pleasant and provided outstanding professional care. Dr. Majlessi is a consummate professional with a warm caring heart and listens. The office is immaculate, comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommend!

My mother had an eye appointment with Dr. Majlessi yesterday, and it was a wonderful experience. The doctor was extremely kind, patient, and attentive, taking the time to thoroughly answer all of our questions. The manner was very respectful and reassuring, and it was clear that great care was taken during the examination. Dr. Majlessi is highly knowledgeable and professional, and we were very pleased with the quality of care.
My parent’s cataract surgery has been rescheduled twice. The office continues to postpone the surgery. At first, they couldn’t find OR time and then the doctor was leaving on vacation. My parents have had to make multiple accommodations at work to get this surgery done. My mom has been complaining about her cataract getting worse and the office does not seem to care that she is experiencing symptoms on a daily basis that are impacting her ADLs.
