Dr. Maurer and her staff have consistently done an amazing job with both of my kids. From the arcade in the lobby, to the friendly staff, to the prizes at the end, the kiddos actually look forward to their appointments! Thank you for all you do!
Maybe she’s been in the Dental game too long and has become averse to the monotony of treating her patients/families with courtesy and a soft touch. If you need minimal work done. I.e. small fillings and check ups, this place can handle it-ish…….but tread lightly. (Front office staff is RUDE and DISMISSIVE). Anything beyond the simple dental scope of work and Dr. Mauer will likely try to PUSH you to have your child under direct anesthesia. She wants a cadaver as a patient not a child. Absolutely amazing appointment! All professional as well as caring for their patients. Highly recommend!! Such nice people all around
Went to reschedule our son’s appointment and they didn’t even tell us when they rescheduled it for, all of a sudden we get told it was a week later when we couldn’t go. When we asked them why they didn’t tell us, receptionist (Sarah) was rude about her own scheduling error and fought with my wife about it. I’ll be sure to never recommend any of my friends or family take their children there. Looking at other reviews left on Google, seems like Sarah seems to be a real issue.
Sarah is the most unprofessional secretary they have for scheduling. They cancelled my son’s appointment and made a new one without telling me. Called to figure out who made it and change it well she got upset and mad at me for changing the appointment and then all of a sudden they couldn’t get me in for another 4 months then when my husband called they said I called them names and was cussing.
