Dr. Komorowski has absolutely no empathy. While I was experiencing a very difficult pregnancy, she only made me feel more stress and anxiety. The waiting times were horrendous and the entire staff is cold and prickly. The only good thing that came of this was that I met Dr. Dickerson who was smart enough to switch practices and get away from these horrible doctors. Komorowski was there to do my discharge and she was completely unprofessional and acted as though my questions were a nuisance. Avoid and find any other doctor.
Love her she was so sweet.
If you have caresource they will treat you like trash.. Originally had Dr. Altman, he was amazing.. Reddy does not care about your needs. You'll wait a long time after your appointment time to be seen, when you ask her about your concerns she will blow them off. If you ask to have tests done she'll say yes, then end the appointment and not do them. absolutely horrible customer service and care for patients. She only cares about the money. Looking for a better doctor who cares for their patients.. this office is not it. .
I love Dr. Reddy, but the receptionists and nurse’s line are very unfriendly. Any time I’ve called having a certain issue and needed to be seen other than for my annual exam, they’ve made me feel like I’m almost dumb for needing to come in during the year other than my annual exam. They’ll say things like “well you were JUST in in *insert month” when it’s already been around 6 months or almost a year since my annual exam.
