Susan filed/drilled down my porcelain cap that I had from a previous root canal. It didn't need to be replaced per her own referring Endodontists. She left me with a bare tooth and NO temporary cap. Which isn't protocol. A temporary should have been placed on my tooth until a permanent would be put on, this didn't happen. By then my tooth was fragile and chipped off, and then had to be entirely pulled out; leaving me with a gap in that area. Dr Khols office has been a life saver. I moved back to spokane after 10 years and 15 years of no dental care. Over several years Dr Khols and her amazing staff have helped me go from a severe fear of dentists to not requiring any sedation. Patty and Co have helped me make my insurance work every cent to my benefit. Spreading out my care over a multi-year plan to restore my whole mouth. Even a cracked tooth on Dec 23rd they opened the office to get me in and got me set up with the oral surgeon that day so I wasn't miserable o... read more
